In March 2025, Esset Property Management joined the United Nations Global Compact, the world’s largest international initiative dedicated to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainable development. By joining this global network, which brings together more than 20,000 companies across over 160 countries, Esset reaffirms its commitment to upholding universal principles in the areas of human rights, labour standards, the environment, and anti-corruption, while actively contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

On 18th October 2023, Esset Property Management joined over 80 other organisations that have signed voluntary charters to promote energy efficiency in commercial buildings, in the presence of the French Minister for Energy Transition, Agnès Pannier-Runacher.

Esset Property Management has been awarded an EcoVadis Gold Medal for the fifth year running to recognise their high-performance social responsibility (CSR) policy.

We are regularly required to assist with environmental certification for buildings we manage.

On Tuesday 13th December, Esset Property Management was awarded a silver CUBE at the 6th edition of the CUBE efficient buildings competition organised by the IFPEB, the French institute for building performance.
